Biarritz is a beautiful little surf town nestled on the warmest of French Pacific beaches. It saw a lot of action back in the day when Napoleon and his Spanish mistress picked it for their holiday place. Since then the once small fishing town has played host to the richest of the Parisan aristocracy. However it sees a fair share of young beach bumin' surf thrashers, making for an intesting social scene.
